This townhome is the perfect vacation retreat for families! With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The thoughtfully designed layout features an open floor plan, seamlessly connecting the kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating a welcoming and inviting atmosphere. Gather around the dining table for 6 or pull up a seat at the kitchen counter, offering 3 additional seats, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to enjoy meals together. Natural light fills this home, creating a bright and cheerful ambiance throughout. Step out onto the large balcony, complete with a table and chairs, providing additional seating and the perfect spot to relax and soak up the coastal breeze.

The king bedroom boasts abundant natural lighting and its own ensuite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort. The queen bedroom and twin bedroom provide cozy and peaceful sleeping arrangements for the rest of the family. Additional sleeping space is available with the sleeper sofa in the living room.

Located at Spyglass Townhomes, this family-friendly community offers a great pool where you can cool off and unwind. Plus, you'll love the convenience of being just a short walk away from the beach, allowing easy access to sun, sand, and surf. With 2 assigned parking spots, you'll have peace of mind knowing that parking is taken care of. Golf carts are also allowed on the property, adding a fun and convenient way to explore the area.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed. Private bathroom with tub and walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds.
Sofa in the living room pulls out to a bed.

Beach Access:
Head down Sandtrap Road toward Sandy Beach Road and your beach access, Sand Trap Beach Access, will be on your left.
Distance: .2 miles | Time: 3 minutes walking

Miramar Beach:
Miramar is perfectly situated between 30A and Destin. This wonderful community provides the beach relaxation you desire along with a multitude of activities for every member of your family.

Free Amenity Credit:
Enjoy a free credit toward rental gear with each booking to use on various items such as bikes, beach bonfires, tours/experiences and much more! Credit amount varies based on the size of the property and the length of stay. Certain restrictions, exclusions and limitations apply.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
