Overall, the condo was pretty nice. It was clean except for the mold in the grout in the master bathroom. The view was awesome.

All was overall good. The room did have a mildew smell for the entire time we were there. Our friends were in another room and theirs didn’t have a smell. We thought it smelled like the condo had been flooded in the past. We aren’t able to get into the condo when we arrived and had to wait outside for 45 minutes until the rental company gave us the correct code. Pillows were flat and need replacing, a small nightstand by the bed would’ve been great and the outlet on that side didn’t work. The dryer didn’t really dry our towels, but we loved the fridge with ice maker and water in the door. The condo was clean and well furnished except the kitchen supplies was very minimal.

We did reach out to our team to make the necessary checks as such this should not be an issue for future stays. We are also sorry to hear that you did not have a seamless check-in process, we now ensure that guests are sent their door access codes 3 days prior to arrival via email and on the day of arrival via text. Your suggestion regarding the night stand and comments regarding the pillows have been taken into account. We have reached out to the maintenance team regarding the outlet as well as the dryer. Please be reminded that we are always here to assist and would have tried to resolve these issues during the stay if they were brought to our attention. We are delighted that you loved the refrigerator! In regards to the kitchen, please note that all our kitchens are stocked with glasses, dishes, and utensils, as well as basic cookware. Our team is always ready to provide assistance. We can even have someone stop by to deliver items if necessary. We want to thank you again for choosing to stay with us.
