This condo features a spacious granite breakfast bar, inviting guests to gather and assist with meal preparation or simply enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. The fully stocked kitchen boasts excellent appliances, cookware, and tableware, ensuring a hassle-free culinary experience.

Retreat to the master suite and be greeted by a comforting king-sized bed. Relax and unwind while watching late-night shows on the flat-screen TV, conveniently placed on the large dresser. The ensuite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower and a vanity just steps away from your bed, creating a blend convenience and comfort.

Sterling Breeze Resort is a vacation destination filled with pleasures for the whole family. You'll love paddling around in the mirror-smooth heated pool. There's also a spa where you can work the kinks out of your back after a day of golfing or running around with the kids on the beach. Should the weather turn cool, your resort has a fire pit surrounded by comfortable seating where you can sit and chat about your day's adventures.

Sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed.

Sterling Breeze Parking Pass & Wristband Fee
A one-time fee of $50 will need to be paid separate from the reservation. These fees are paid directly to the HOA at check-in for parking passes and wristbands. The link to the portal will be emailed to you upon confirmed registration. Guests must also pre-register with the names/ages plus car make/model before check-in. Passes and wristbands can be picked up at the front desk upon check-in.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Overall, the condo was pretty nice. It was clean except for the mold in the grout in the master bathroom. The view was awesome.

Would stay again! Loved being on the 5th floor!

All was overall good. The room did have a mildew smell for the entire time we were there. Our friends were in another room and theirs didn’t have a smell. We thought it smelled like the condo had been flooded in the past. We aren’t able to get into the condo when we arrived and had to wait outside for 45 minutes until the rental company gave us the correct code. Pillows were flat and need replacing, a small nightstand by the bed would’ve been great and the outlet on that side didn’t work. The dryer didn’t really dry our towels, but we loved the fridge with ice maker and water in the door. The condo was clean and well furnished except the kitchen supplies was very minimal.

We did reach out to our team to make the necessary checks as such this should not be an issue for future stays. We are also sorry to hear that you did not have a seamless check-in process, we now ensure that guests are sent their door access codes 3 days prior to arrival via email and on the day of arrival via text. Your suggestion regarding the night stand and comments regarding the pillows have been taken into account. We have reached out to the maintenance team regarding the outlet as well as the dryer.
