Great week at the Sublime House

First time to stay at the Sublime house and we will definitely be back! We were traveling with our kids and 5 grandkids. The house was the perfect space we needed. The heated pool was a big hit with everyone! Location is great, quick walk to the beach.

Sublime was a great house for our large family group. The location is wonderful and the pool is amazing - our 6 kids swam for hours each day. We had to report a few air con and pool maintenance issues, but Benchmark took care of it swiftly and professionally.

Great House for a Group

The house was perfect for our stay. There is a bedroom with bath on the first floor with no stairs that was great for my parents. The other bedrooms were on the 2nd/3rd floor. The pool was nice- if you go in the spring- heat it! Benchmark was wonderful to work with and very prompt with communication.

Sublime would be subliminal with a few minor updates

We had a wonderful time. The home was spacious while maintaining that beach charm. The home could use a few updates (dishwasher was rusted through and patio furniture was falling apart and very dirty). The furniture could also use a good cleaning and new pillows. However, there are minor. It was such a close walk to the beautiful beach and the outdoor shower was great! We definitely will be considering this property again for our next visit!

Sublime summer 2020

Sublime was a perfect match for my family! It had everything needed for our stay. I would definitely stay again. There were a couple things I would recommend the owners take care of. 1. The pool pump is not working very good at all, the skimmer doesn’t have enough suction to even hold the basket in. 2. The cleanliness of the floors needs to be addressed. When you walk across the floors in your socks or in bare feet, your feet are black from how dirty the floors are.
Other than that, it was perfect!

Thank you so much for the fantastic review! We certainly apologize that the pool pump wasn't in tip top shape during your stay, and that the floors could've used a deep clean! With tiled floors, they are porous and hold onto dirt even after a good sweep and mop. Unfortunately, it just isn't possible to do a deep steam clean of the floors between each guest, though we definitely hear your concerns! We loved this house! The only reason I gave it 4 stars for ‘accuracy of the listing’ is because there was so much more provided than listed. We were so pleasantly surprised. It’s a quick wall or bike ride to the beach and in a nice private, quiet spot. The beds are comfortable and we had everything we needed and more! We will be back! Thank you!

This was our second year renting from Garrett Reslty. We stayed at Sublime house with 4 adults and six kids. We loved this house. Plenty of room and the house was quiet. We enjoyed the pool right in the back yard too. We love this area of beach too. Would stay here again

Our week-long stay at "Sublime" was just that! The house was clean and comfortable for all 11 of us. I did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen, utensils, etc more than enough for such a large group. There were even pool toys, board games, and lots of good books to help occupy our time when not at the beach. We loved our stay, and your office made it so easy for us! Thanks for a great vacation! We'll be back!

The Sublime vacation home was a great place for our family to meet and enjoy some down time together. We had everything we needed and plenty of room for all. Sitting around the pool was a favorite past time. The only suggestion I would offer is to have a gas grill instead of the charcoal g
rill. We experienced windy conditions and fought to get the grill hot. Love the house otherwise.

We had a great time. The house was just like the pictures. We had three families with plenty of room for all. The pool was wonderful after the beach or between rain showers. The house needs a few kitchen items like cookie sheet if you want to do baking.

Great Vacation Home! There were just a few small issues we had during our stay but nothing that would steer me away from visiting again. The third floor had a little wasted space with no full bath or closet. The Bedroom with the twin beds on the 2nd floor could benefit from a upgrade to a full or queen. The master bathroom had a ant problem but was quickly resolved by Garrett. The grill is really small for large group cooking and there were not pot holders in the house. The wireless internet rarely worked :(
We were able to walk just down the road to a amazing beach! Very clean. We rented bikes and had a blast on them.
Highly recommend the Wee-Hoo for kids under 7! Big Daddy rentals for those.
We had a wonderful time here with awesome memories. It is the perfect home to get away and do NOTHING! I loved Seagrove beach! I can't wait to come back

Best family vacation home

Our twin daughters wanted to see white sand & blue water for their 16th birthday. Living in Tx., this wasn't available. We chose Sublime over many other homes because of the private pool & walking distance to the beach. We shared the home with my sister & her family. We had plenty of room for the 11 of us, the hall bunks slept a 13 yr & 9 yr old boy comfortably. The entire house was very spacious. 5 bathrooms was a great luxury as well as the outside shower to rinse off the sand. By far the 3rd floor tower was a blessing to us all. The teens made it their own space as if they were in college. Complete with a couch, tv, bed & fridge. The kitchen was pleasantly stocked with everything we needed, minus a cookie sheet/pizza pan. The house is located on a curve, which makes entering & exiting the property a little interesting. However, the road leads to a dead end at the beach, so the traffic is minimal. The driveway is beautifully laid with pave stones, so it is not ideal for scooters or skateboards. We are already missing Sublime & pray that we will be able to make this a family tradition. It is a must see & you will not be disappointed.
