Beautiful house with everything you might need for kitchen, pool, and kids. Beach access is difficult, can't park car, no access to beach chairs per Vacayzen and at least 3 flights of stairs down, no disability ramp. Carrying everything for 10 people was difficult at best! Had AC issue & the repair men were there immediately & very professional. Everything fun is close with great restaurants (loved Lola's and Georges). Suggest to Benchmark providing a large golf cart to assist in carrying beach equipment down the road at least. Thanks for lovely vacation!

Great house, good location

The house was very nice and we certainly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy and the A/C was able to keep the temp down despite 95+ degree temps outside. We prefer to cook dinner at home vs going out, and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. The beach access was right at the end of the street, about an 8-minute walk like the listing says. Be aware that there is no water faucet at the beach access point, so you’ll be walking back with sandy feet (this really bothered my wife). There’s a state park at the north end of the street, and we actually saw a couple deer on the road one day. The salt-water pool was plenty big for 6 people and the water was clean. There were a few little things in the house that need attention (stove light was out and needs a special light bulb, master bedroom ceiling fan running the wrong direction, half of a TV mount on the family room wall). But overall I would definitely recommend this house and would certainly consider renting this house again someday.
FYI - The listing says parking for 2 cars, but you can easily fit 3 cars in the driveway and a 4th car on the extra space along the road.

Great house - would choose it again!

Beautiful home! Helped make our vacation wonderful. House was very clean and nicely maintained. Very nice pool and covered outdoor area. Spacious yard and seating. The only thing that would make it better would be yard lights Manageable walk to beach but would be helpful to have a wagon or cart. Beach is amazing. Highly recommend this property.
