Great beachfront stay

We had a great stay! Clean condo, great location! Only negative was that a trailer was parked in our one parking spot the entire week, and we called Benchmarck twice and they never called us back. Everything else was great!

Right on the beach!

We had a great stay. Our condo was walk-in level, no stairs! Our back patio was next to the pool and a few steps to boardwalk that led to our private beach. All the neighbors were very nice. We enjoyed the beach every day, no crowds at all. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean and Comfortable

Clean and beautiful.
Comfortable mattresses. (Blow up mattresses in closet) Didn't use the dishwasher but the washer and dryer were used everyday.
Loved having the pool so close but the steps to the beach were a workout. Carrying the cooler was a nightmare. And there was no access for anyone who had trouble walking. But the beach and water were so gorgeous!!
We used Jake's beach service. Convenient and polite.
We had to leave a day early because of TS Fred. When it got windy we took the chair cushions inside.
Had no trouble with the doors and management was only a phone call away.
Wish there was a closet with some kickboards in it. We bought some but probably won't use them in Indiana.

It makes it super convenient when you have children. Thank you for letting us know Jake's beach service was good. The beach on 30A has sand dunes between the water and the condes so unfortunately, there are stairs down to the beach and up to the resort. Our rentals come with a free room credit with 3 night minimum stays to use toward renting beach gear such as kickboards, boogyboards, bicycles and golf carts. We work hard each and every day to bring ours guests the best vacation experience. We can’t wait to see you again.

Tranquility 110 stay

Absolutely would stay here again! Loved being on the first floor. Was worried about noise being so close to the pool, but could hear nothing! You walk outside and you have everything right there; pool and stairs to the beach! The condo was huge! Everyone had their own bathrooms. Had all the essentials needed.

Great quiet location on 30a

Tranquility is a twenty unit quiet gulf front condo building. 110 was clean, comfortable, and literally steps from the beach walkover. If you want a better view of the gulf, you may want to choose a higher floor as you can’t see gulf from first floor. I think this unit would be great if you had little kids - right by the pool, grassy are to play and easy walk to beach. My only suggestion might be to update dishes, coffee cups, flatware. There was plenty there, but a lot of mismatched items. Of course that in no way reflects on our stay here. It was great!

Tranquillity unit 110, was a nice unit . Very close to beach and pool.Pool is not real big but large enough for small children..Grassy area out side of unit for small children to play. Mattresses were new , furnishings were fine. Thank you Garrett Realty

We had a great time at Tranquility 110. The condo was nicely furnished and the kitchen was adequately stocked. Beds were comfortable and location can't be beat...just steps to the stairway down to the beach and steps away from the pool. Thanks for a restful and thankful Thanksgiving break.
