Great 3Br Condo

My wife and I brought our 2 and 4 year old's and have a great stay at this condo. Everything was very clean and in great shape, we thought there was plenty of room for them to play in the condo, but chose this property for beach proximity and onsite pool. There are significant stairs (3-4 floors) down to the beach, but that was not an issue for us. After the beach we spent lots of time in the pool that had shallow and deep ends.
Location - it's a 1 mile walk down to Aly's Beach and less than 2 down to Rosemary. We took advantage of the property's convenient location both east and west on 30A, nothing is more than a 15 min drive.
We noticed the property didn't have oven mitts and Benchmark quickly remedied the problem through easy texting.
We were very happy and would love to stay here again!

Nice anniversary trip

Beautiful location and weather when we went at end of October. . Quiet with no crowded beaches. Nice restaurants nearby. Condo was clean and fairly stocked. I’d recommend hair dryer available for guests. Neighbor upstairs was loud with hard heeled shoes at 745 one morning but otherwise was quiet. Would definitely return. Benchmark was excellent in communication.

We loved this condo! It's spacious, clean and was perfect for our girls' trip. And the view, OMG the view. We were also happy that there were no maintenance issues during our stay. I highly recommend!

Lovely condo

Loved the location, condo was beautiful, comfy, clean, spacious, quiet. We did have some trouble figuring out parking and the staff I spoke to weren’t very helpful. Also, there was no extra toilet paper. For the price of the rental, it seemed like an extra roll per bathroom would have been helpful.

We do only supply each rental with a starter kit, this is so guest can bring or purchase the brand they need.
We have found many guest require certain brands for health reasons, but please next time just reach out to us.

Our new favorite!

A beautiful condo! The best equipped kitchen we have ever stayed in the 20 yrs coming to 30A. Actually has a pantry to store your groceries, something most rentals don't have. We were only able to enjoy it 3 days of the 7 due to the death of my father occurring while there but definitely would reserve again.

The condo was very clean and well appointed. For the future, it would be helpful to have instructions for how to operate the television and sound system. Also, the light switches in the bunk room are confusing and do not work at times. They also somehow correlate to the functionality of the electrical outlets? The patio door off the master bedroom did not work...we were never able to get it unlocked. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with a few minor inconveniences.

“We we’re fortunate enough to stay at Tranquility 340 for five days. What an amazing place. Not only is the condo itself beautiful, clean and spacious but it’s literally right in the beach. Easy on. Easy off. The location was perfect. We enjoyed the tranquility of the beach but at the same time everything was just a short bike ride away. Definitely want to return again!

Just writing a quick review of our recent stay in Seacrest at Tranquility 340. After unloading our car, filling up the luggage carts (very useful thank you), then getting off the elevator and punching in the electronic code for the door, it was immediately clear that we were in for a great stay. The view down the hallway, through the great kitchen, through the dining area to the porch and then the ocean beyond was spectacular. So nice to be right on your own private beach!
The 5 days did not disappoint - we were fortunate to have picture postcard weather and biked, walked, paddle boarded, and just lounged at the beach! Great food around us and the ample kitchen allowed us to have plenty of food and drinks on hand when we didn’t head out. Would definitely stay again - can’t wait to come back!
