This stunning 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Gulf-front condo offers a spacious and inviting atmosphere for up to 12 guests.

Located just steps away from the beach, this condo provides direct access to pristine sands and breathtaking Gulf views. The highlight of this property is the expansive 400 square foot porch that stretches across the Gulf-side, offering truly spectacular views. Take in the sights, sounds, and salty breeze as you relax on the porch and soak up the coastal ambiance.

Inside, you'll find a luxurious master bedroom with French doors leading to the porch, allowing you to wake up to the beauty of the ocean. The master bathroom boasts a freestanding tub, a large frameless glass shower, and gleaming subway tiles, creating a spa-like retreat. Two front bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations, with one featuring a king bed, a balcony overlooking the pool, and a stylish bathroom with a glassed-in shower. The other front bedroom showcases a queen bed and a balcony overlooking the pool. A Jack and Jill bathroom connects this room to the fourth bedroom, the bunk room, capable of sleeping six guests with a full-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed.

This unit also offers fantastic amenities for your enjoyment. Take a refreshing dip in the pool located at the front of the condo, or make your way to the private beach only steps away from the property. The design of the home exudes a light and airy beach vibe, reminiscent of the Malibu Surfer style. The well-appointed kitchen is a crowd pleaser, equipped with stainless steel appliances, cooking utensils, and a separate island/bar that provides a beautiful beach view while you prepare meals. Dine indoors at the long trestle table or enjoy al fresco dining on the porch. Additional outdoor seating is available, including a sitting area for sunset gazing

Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with freestanding tub and shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed. Private bathroom.
Bedroom 3: King bed. Jack and Jill bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Twin-over-twin bunk beds. Jack and Jill bathroom.
Bedroom 3 and 4 share a bathroom.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Great Management Company BUT Beach Front Without The Beach View

Benchmark Mgmt Was Fabulous! First night discovered sink disposal seal was broken and had water all over kitchen floor. Prompt response and fixed! Then discovered dishwasher wasn’t working. Benchmark again quickly responded and fixed it. House itself was okay but definitely wouldn’t rent again We were there for the beach and that was great but had to get up on picnic table top to see the beach! Floors had areas that need to be fixed-splintered Master closet threshold/step down needs to be addressed too - stubbed toe twice. Master shower filthy House not great for small kids; lots of sharp edges(sofa table, bunk beds etc). The house layout was good and allowed privacy to individual couples. Pool in front was awesome. Lots of beach to pool trips for kids. Plenty of parking and lots of privacy. Private beach area a major plus! All in all would definitely recommend this place to others. Location is centrally located to grocery stores and restaurants some within walking distance.

Happy with the rental with a few issues. We called to have the fridge filter changed on the day we got there--were promised next day service. Never showed the entire week. There were also some bugs in unit--caterpillar type things.

The rental experience was flawless. The Condo was ready upon arrival and in great condition. You cannot beat the view of walking in the unit and seeing the Gulf through the back windows. It is also a very short walk from the unit to the beach. There are also several restaurants within walking distance of the unit. Would definitely rent this unit again.
