The well-appointed kitchen features granite countertops and a convenient island with seating for 4, allowing for easy meal preparation and enjoyable conversations. The comfortable living room provides 2 couches and 2 comfy chairs, making it the perfect gathering point. Step outside to the balcony, where you can soak up the serene view of the lagoon, enjoy outdoor seating, and grill up a delicious meal for the family.

The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and privacy. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while 2 additional bedrooms offer queen-sized beds and the 4th offers a twin-over-full bunk bed. The loft area is perfect for the younger ones, with two twin beds. With 4 bathrooms, everyone will have their own space to freshen up and prepare for the day's adventures.

Villa Lago is in an exclusive 13-acre neighborhood nestled within the picturesque Baytowne golf course of the renowned Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Take advantage of the 2 golf carts provided with this home and take a quick ride into the charming Village of Baytowne Wharf with its wide array of shops and restaurants. This enchanting community offers a private pool, fitness center, clubhouse, and more! As guests of Villa Lago, you'll also enjoy access to 2 Sandestin Owners Association pools. A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
