This end unit is bright and airy with lots of windows. We could see the fireworks from the balcony. Sunset Beach was crowded as expected but still fun. Grandkids enjoyed the pool as well. Would love to visit again!

Location was perfect and everything needed was within walking distance. The unit was clean, spacious and perfect for two people (with room for 4 more). Although no ocean view, the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and evening bands just below in the pub. The tram made it very easy to access the beach. Overall, a wonderful stay and would easily recommend and/or rent again. Only negative and did not notice until it was probably too late that we only had 7 wristbands and not 8. I hope we do not get fined for the 1 not being in the condo.

Convenient, Clean, and Well Located

The condominium worked well for four of us with family staying next door in Rosemary Beach. The end unit had nice morning light from the east facing windows and the balcony was shaded. The only issue was the freezer drawer needed repair and was difficult to use. The management company said they would fix it after our stay which was fine with me.

We have stayed at Villages of S. Walton in the past. The exception was that this unit was very well kept. Up to date and clean. The management company was very attention to detail with a welcome basket containing sunblock, hand sanitizer and other goodies.

Great Stay on 30A!

The location of this condo was perfect for our party of 5 on a “girls trip.” We did not rent a car but found everything a 1-10 minute walk from the condo: mini market, restaurants, and most importantly the beach. The interior was beautifully updated and since it was an end unit on the top floor, very quiet. Our only minor complaint is that the bedrooms never got dark at night. The layout was quirky - there was a huge master bedroom and bathroom and 2 small bedrooms that shared a very small bathroom, but we managed. Overall we would recommend this to anyone looking for a smaller place in Seacrest/Rosemary.

This is such a beautiful place. I can never find a good reading light in rentals. This place had good lighting. The location offers walking distance to everything I wanted to see. The decor is soothing and comfortable. The owner was responsive. I enjoyed my stay.
