This is a terrific clean & spacious condo in a great area of Seagrove Beach. We walked Nextdoor the first morning for a delicious breakfast at Perfect Pig before our time at the beach. The dedicated beach was a large private area in Majestica, which is across 30A from the condo. We rented chairs there. I think the rate was $57 per day for two chairs & an umbrella. It’s also possible to set up your own chairs & umbrella there. We also loved the large heated pool & went on a couple of bike rides on the bike path across the street. Would highly recommend this condo!

We had such a great time. Always a surprise renting somewhere, especially beach property. This place was clean, well maintained, spacious layout, convenient to activities, safe, and less traffic on this end of the beach. The beach access is less than a 3 minute walk. Would recommend this place and location to anyone.

The condo was a great size for 5 adults and 3 teens. Yes, I slept in one of the full size bunk beds with grandchildren. Condo was exceptionally clean and very roomy. We visit 30A every year and found this condo to be one of the best. Pool was wonderful along with elevator access. Just liked the whole set up minus all the codes required for entry into complex,restrooms outside. My only suggestion would be to replace the full size mattresses and the queen mattress in extra bedroom. I was able to sleep on the queen after guests left early. Mattresses are so reasonable today. That is the only reason I did not rebook this condo for next year. Otherwise it was just perfect. Benchmark Management was excellent with all communications. We did have a mix up with gate codes upon entry but another guest gave us correct code. The 2 beach fobs worked out great for coming and going. I put them on lanyards for safe keeping. Complex was very quiet and well maintained. Very short walk to private beach. Enjoyed sitting on large porch overlooking pool. Very impressed overall. New mattresses needed.

Great Condo

Unit was in great shape and well supplied. Tastefully decorated and in a nice community. Worked well for our party of 6, 4 adults and 2 kids. The unit is large with a large balcony. Short walk to the beach. We stayed in this community back in the mid 2000s when our daughter was young and the HOA has done a very nice job of keeping the condo building, pool and grounds clean and in great shape. We would rent again. Thanks

Fabulous Stay at B201

Loved everything about this condo - you can’t beat the private beach access and a simply perfect location,
We enjoyed the patio space tremendously, as we sat outside for morning coffee, dinners and cocktails. There is an outlet so I was also able to sit outside and work.
While the condo is very spacious it might have gotten a little cramped in the bunk room with 6 teenage girls. We were here for a full week and some of our girls just didn’t understand the concept of “pack light - we can wash clothes while here”. The closet can be used, but it’s a tight fit to reach behind the bunk and get in there, so the girls didn’t use the closet space.
The kitchen was well stocked. Don’t think the ice maker worked. We ended up buying bags of ice. This one is on me as we did not report it to management. It is clear that management is very responsive. we had a few things we had to bring to their attention and they addressed immediately. You can tell they want to make sure your stay is a pleasant one, as they communicate with you during your stay.
We were here for spring break and the private beach access is a huge plus, as the section of the beach dedicated for this condo was not crowded at all.
The two key fobs for beach access that comes with the condo were not enough if you are at capacity with 10 people. You must use the key fob to gain access and you must use key fob to get back out. I think 3 key fobs would have been perfect. With that many people or multi families, you are going to want to come/go to beach at different times.
We washed towels almost everyday, between beach towels and bath towels, again if you are at capacity there really isn’t a lot of options to hang your towels for that many people.
Everybody in our party absolutely loved the condo and we definitely plan to come back.
I will gladly use Benchmark management company for other bookings as well.

We stayed here last summer & loved it. (Minus the Master mattress- we brought a memory foam topper this year, problem solved) The unit did not seem to be cleaned well this year & the dishes In the cabinets had dried food on most. We always wash them ourself before using but...
We absolutely love the face lift- no carpet!! The color scheme is great. It allows the best lighting. The new blinds are much better & easier to raise/lower. We forgot to bring several kitchen supplies & this was lacking many things. The stove is extremely hard to gauge heat/knobs don’t operate the burners they’re supposed to. Washer/dryer work well. View/access to the pool & beach are great.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location was fantastic with just a short walk to the beach. The pool was great. The condo was very spacious for our group of 7. We had one issue on day 1 with a wobbly toilet and a clogged bath drain. I made a quick call, and maintenance was out the same afternoon to complete the repair, which was shocking for a Sunday! We would love to visit again!

Thanksgiving Stay

The condo was the right size for our family group. Comfortable, with a great location. The beach was 10 minute walk through a controlled access and limited crowd on the beach. The carpets are in need of, cleaning at the least, new would go a long way to upgrading the stay.

The Villas at Seagrove are our go-to spot on 30a. We love the location and the pool. The B201 unit was pretty underwhelming as far as furniture, decor, and hominess compared to other units we've stayed in, but the beach was great and the pool was too.

Great location near beach.

We have stayed in this condo before and like the convenience of our visitors having their own bed and bath. It is beautifully appointed and I am a cook so the kitchen has what I need so that is a positive.
My only critique is that the carpets need to be replaced as they probably cannot be cleaned anymore and I do work out in the master. Great layout though.
Will stay there again if the world recovers!

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious condo! Great location with easy beach access. Everything was as expected or better with no maintenance issues! I will note the balcony could use a couple more chairs. Garrett Realty made the rental process very easy!
