Perfect Vacation and Location

Unit 2-1002 was as described by Benchmark. Perfect location with Ocean views facing East and West. Condo furnishings were more than adequate and supplied to our satisfaction. Patio furniture was comfortable. Check in and out was seamless. Will definitely book this unit again with Benchmark.

A couple fatal flaws

The master bedroom has no shade on it so the bright lights from the hall next to it are blasting you all night long. All it would take is a twenty dollar shade from Home Depot to make it dark in the master. The bathroom has black mold on the floor by the shower that has never been cleaned and the management company was rude when they called me to tell me to check out when I was never told what time checkout was.

Loved the huge balcony & awesome view! Even the main bedroom has covered balcony access with a view! Nice heated pool & hot tub. Conveniently located property.

Decent Vacation Experience

Great location and nice amenities! Positives: Excellent ocean view, close to shopping and restaurants, and easy check-in/check-out! Negatives: We arrived around 6:30 pm and were able to get right in the room, but had to wait for security to arrive at the property to get our parking passes and wrist bands. The main area floors were really dirty, walking around barefoot gave us filthy feet, and there were a couple of maintenance issues, which were taken care of fairly quickly.
