It didn’t start out great they sent me a text saying the unit I booked was unusable because the a/c went out and the repair could not be made prior to my arrival. They left me a voice message about the cancellation the evening before my arrival day at about 4:20 by the time I checked the message they were closed for the day which is 5:00pm. I waited all morning on my arrival day for a call from them nothing. I called about 10:30 got an answering service about the wait time so I held on. The lady that answered sounded like she was from another country and was very rude saying they sent me an email with options that usually goes to the junk folder. I haven’t located it to this day. So I finally got tired of going back and forth with her about an email and asked her if she was at the business or a call center then she forwarded my call over to the person that left the voicemail who also referred me to an email that was supposed to be in my junk folder so after getting frustrated I asked her did she not have the capability to make the changes while I’m on the phone finally got somewhere. She confirmed the new reservation at another location then I get a text later saying my card was declined that was fine the day before so I contacted the card issuer which was Klarna no problems on their end. Got another text saying new card didn’t go through either. Finally I gave her my personal bank card all of a sudden it goes through so I’m guessing you partner with Expedia and VRBO but you don’t accept their payment methods. So I ended up having to wait on refunds from Expedia and Vrbo that didn’t post until my vacation was over. The property they booked smelled like pets and some of the dishes had food on them. I don’t have anything against pets but I don’t care to stay in a property that smells like animals that’s a red flag that the property hasn’t been cleaned properly. The quilt for the sleeper couch

A little misleading on the advertising

Only thing i seen was the add said beach front ocean view but when i arrived to my surprise i was not in the beach front tower i was across the rd however i did have ocean view looking between buildings and i booked with them thinking i was going to be on beach front with a balcony with ocean view

Fine, but needs some updates

The location is fine, in the middle of several shops and right across the road from the beach. The noise from the traffic definitely distracted from the view from the balcony. Inside the condo, some updates are definitely needed. There are no blinds in the master bedroom, just a white thin curtain, and it is right on the walkway for others to get to their condos. The light outside the window at night is extremely bright, and the curtain does not give privacy from people walking by. The living room needs another couch; the only comfortable place to sit is the pull-out bed, so there really is nowhere to relax if that bed is in use. A couple of the sinks leaked and need repair. There were a few other small things that need some attention inside the condo. Overall it was a good stay, but I'm not sure I would choose this condo again without some updates.
