Pleasant last minute pick for baseball tournament. It was convenient, clean and surprisingly quiet. Kitchen was well supplied with tool. Nonstick pan for breakfast was only missing thing.. all else great.

Benchmark really needs to re-train their people on how to register their client’s vehicle before they arrive at the condo. They supposed to send you a link to be able to register your vehicle to park. They kept telling me my parking pass was inside the unit. But that info is wrong. It took over an hour emailing and calling 3 different people until finally somebody knew what to do.
As for the condo, it was perfect!! Beautiful, clean, and spacious!! Comfortable seating and wonderful views.

Perfect size and accommodations for our family

We rented this one bedroom unit with a bunk bed alcove and 2 bathrooms. The space was the perfect size for myself and my 2 teenagers. We made use of the indoor pool and beach and loved the view from our balcony.

I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience during my recent stay with Benchmark Management at a vacation rental property in Panama City Beach, FL.
Overall, my stay was fantastic. The vacation rental was in a great location, providing convenient access to the beautiful surroundings of Panama City Beach. The home itself was not only clean but also in excellent condition, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
