Our overall experience with this rental property was great. All bedrooms had attached bathrooms which was awesome for our large family. The kitchen was well stocked as we do a lot of cooking. Great location!! Very close to the pool. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The only thing we missed with this house was an outdoor sitting space and outdoor shower.

Very family-friendly, well appointed and maintained vacation home. Plenty of room for our extended family of 6 adults, 2 children: room for more. convenient to the beach and nearby attractions, resources. Pool outside front door an excellent option. Management company helpful/responsive. We're sold. High on our list for a return visit.

Great home for a big family get together

Very enjoyable time with family. Plenty of room to spread out. Close to beach. Very nice 3rd floor suite with elevator. Downsides: June peak time caused crowds on the beach and bumper to bumper traffic on 30A. Community pool was smaller than expected and appeared somewhat past due on cleaning.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review with us regarding your summer vacation. Ocean Breeze is in a great location--near Seaside and many local restaurants--with even better beach access! This summer has been one for the books as everyone was ready to come back after COVID had us all closed down last summer which caused a bit more traffic than everyone is accustomed to. Pools are cleaned on a regular schedule by outside companies, but if we receive notice from guests that it needs attention sooner, we will certainly call a pool company in to reschedule that. We hope to welcome your family back soon for another great beach vacation!

Wonderful week at the beach!

We had a great family trip to the beach! The house sits in a very quiet cul de sac that allows the littles a chance to ride their bikes away from the hustle and bustle of 30A. While the location is a close walk to the beach, the beach was Uber crowded so we drove an extra .5 miles left on 30A to the next public Beach access that had a lot fewer people. Overall it was a great stay! The only negative thing about the house was the smoke alarm was so sensitive that you had to basically turn the vent fan on five mins ahead of starting to cook or the detector would constantly go off.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week! The house had everything we needed was all we had hoped it would be! The only problem we had was addressed quickly and resolved as soon as possible. We really appreciated how fast the management team worked to fix the issue!
