I gave this rental an overall review of 4 stars. Pros to our stay were: location (equal distance between several of our fave restaurants), view from condo, check in/out process was seamless. Now our cons �� the bedding linens on the full size beds were pitiful (ripped & ragged only 1 sheet & very thin "quilt"), beds were also very uncomfortable...slept better on the couch!, the floors & counters were gross when we arrived as in we used an entire container of clorox wipes to wipe off as much as we could or walk on them due to so much sand & dust, we had no place to put our clothing items...what?!?! 2nd bedroom literally a decent size dresser INSIDE the closet but only half of the dresser was accessible-the main bedroom had small drawers but the front of them were broken when you pulled them out the front popped off. These are all things that we were able to work around however it made an inconvenience for our time spent elsewhere enjoying our stay. Hopefully this review will help improve future stays for future guests. TY!

First impression, front door was nastiest in the complex . Walking in all bedspreads looked old and dated . Decor old . Walls dirty . Scotch tape stuck on some. Floors weren’t mopped . Walked across barefoot and feet were black .couch was in bad shape. Rug would trip you under the table. Only good thing about it was the view and easy access to beach.

This property has a great view and balcony. The inside is dated and the master bathroom has a bathtub and not a walk-in shower. Overall, it is a good place to stay!
