Beautiful location, condo needs an update

It our third time at this property, we love the location. The condo has mismatched decor themes, nothing cohesive. Needs an overall update and design consult. Master bathroom has mold, master bedroom is dark and furniture is old, bed is lumpy. Shag carpets have to go.

We loved our stay at The Dunes of Seagrove ! Such a clean and well maintained property. Steps to pool and beach and tennis! Condo was well equipped and so clean.

Awesome property

We had a great stay at Dunes of Seagrove 304B. We have stayed at many properties along 30A and this one checked all our boxes. We will be coming back year after year. Benchmark was great! Very helpful and easy check in/ check out. The unit has a great lay out and awesome view. We did report a chair in the master bedroom had a broken leg, the shower could use recaulking and tub scrubbed. None of this affected our stay.

Great time on 30A!

We enjoyed our stay at Dunes of Seagrove 201B! There are a few things to improve the unit.
1. Curtains in the second bedroom to keep the light from the breezeway shinning through at night.
2. Need more cutting knives and regular knives in the kitchen.
3. Need a new coffee maker.

Pictures do it NO justice!

Dunes of Seagrove 202C did not disappoint. The tall windows were absolutely lovely. very short walk to the beach. My only advice would be to be up early and in line to get the chair service. They don't open until 8am, but the line started as early as 615am. Grab a book and coffee and just enjoy the quiet beach while waiting.
