Seeing Red in South Walton

The Seeing Red Wine Festival in Seaside, Florida is one of the area’s most highly anticipated events! Locals and vacationers are allured to this charming beach town for a weekend filled with fresh air and aged grapes.

Specialty wine dinners kick off the festival at Seaside’s most cherished venues. The event will begin at Bud & Alley’s Restaurant with the annual Fall Wine Dinner on Thursday, October 31st. Special guest and wine maker Jed Steele of Steele Winery will be featured as well as a beautiful sunset that only Bud & Alley’s Restaurant can provide!

The Al Fresco Reserve Wine Tasting will take place on Friday, November 1st, at Seaside’s Ruskin Place Park. Stroll over a rich palate of green grass sampling rare and exclusive wines paired perfectly with savory bites! Our hats off to Chef Jim Shirley and hands together for the Sean Dietrich Trio band as they complete the evening with the sound of cool Jazz.

Seeing Red Wine’s Grand Tasting is the main event and takes place on Saturday, November 2nd. White tents will hover over an extensive array of wines from around the world filling Seaside’s Town Square. The tranquil town is now filled with the sound of clinking wine glasses and delicate laughter. An afternoon of sampling and socializing are embraced by all in the beautiful surroundings of Seaside!

The weekend comes to a close with a spree of sparkling wines from around the world. This bountiful array of bubbly will accompany a delicious brunch on Sunday, November 3rd at Seaside’s Great Southern Café.
