You are just 2 blocks from shopping and dining, minutes from the beach, and less than 1.5 miles from Pier Park. You will also have access to the community pool, making it easy to enjoy both the neighborhood and the nearby shoreline.

Stretch out on the comfy sofas, one of which converts to a queen bed, while you watch your favorite shows. From Sea Breeze Circle, head across Innocente to Granada Circle, then continue south on Carmen. You’ll reach 17101 Front Beach Road, where you’ll find Beach Access 65, the closest access point to the property.

You’re close to Pier Park, offering endless shopping, dining, and entertainment, plus beautiful state and community parks just minutes away. You’ll also have nearby access to the Pier for fantastic pier fishing with rental rods and bait available. An initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
