Welcome to Breeze, a beautifully updated beach cottage in the Beach Nest community of Blue Mountain Beach. You're just steps from the pool and minutes from the beach with a stay at this retreat. Walk in to the open concept main floor where you can rest, relax, dine and entertain.
This home has everything you need for a wonderful 30A vacation. All 3 bedrooms are upstairs and the sofa in the living room pulls out to a queen bed. Breeze can sleep up to 8 guests.

2nd Floor, Bedroom 1: King bed, balcony access and private bathroom with dual vanities.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2; Queen bed.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: Twin bunk with twin trundle.
Sleeper sofa in the living room.
Beach Access:
Head down Asher turning right on Satinwood. Cross 30A and head east, turning right on Gulfview. Take this down to your beach access.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
for each guest. We had to wash towels often. Also, it stated in the advertisement that there was a grill, but there was not one. Extra linens would be nice also. I sent a message to get a broom so that i could clean up the sand from the beach. It was delivered promptly. I think if you had a guest sheet that you can actually see when you get to the house on what has to be done when checking out of hotel would be helpful. Also, I recieved a message saying the pool was closed until further notice on second day there. The day after we seen people swimming, so I sent a message and ask if it was open and they said yes. I replied to them about the message I recieved and then they sent me a message back saying they were mistaken but it was closed. And we had a problem
finding the place. On the address online for rental did not take us to the house. Then when I looked closer I found a different address which was 48 Asher Way, we were able to find the house. We rented two bikes but they only brought us one and we had only rented for a day but when we left to check out it was still there. I called the number on the bike to make sure it was getting picked up and we only had the free one bike for a day. He assured me we didn’t get charged for the day and they would come pick it up.
House was close to beach and not a far walk. Places to eat, and shop was within walking distance.
