Your Space
Inside, you’ll find a bright, open layout designed for both relaxation and connection. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the Gulf into every room, while the stylish, contemporary design creates a comfortable yet sophisticated atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Keurig, toaster, and everything you need to prepare meals, and the dining area offers four seats plus three bar stools at the kitchen island for casual meals and conversations. Additional amenities include a gas fireplace, washer and dryer, an elevator, and extra storage space for all your beach gear. This is a space where you can cook, gather, and make lasting memories.

Sleeping Arrangements
Master Suite: King bed, TV, Gulf front views, designated workspace, private balcony, ensuite with walk-in shower and spacious closet.
Second King Bedroom: King bed, TV, pool-facing, private balcony, ensuite with tub and shower.
Bunk Room: Full-over-Full bed and Twin-over-twin bed, shares a Jack & Jill bath with the Queen room.
Guest Room: Queen bed plus a convertible chair, shares a Jack & Jill bath with the bunk room.

Multiple balconies stretch along the length of the home, offering spectacular views of the Gulf where you can watch dolphins, passing boats, or simply enjoy the sunrise. Outdoor dining with seating for five plus additional furniture provides a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. The private beach is just steps away, with 180 feet of shoreline for sunbathing, swimming, or sandcastle building. The community pool is available seasonally and can be heated year-round, and there is a ground-level private bathroom for added convenience during beach and pool days.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
