For your convenience, the villa also includes a washer and dryer.

The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, a private TV, and a balcony, as well as an en-suite bathroom for complete comfort and privacy. The second bedroom features two queen beds and two roll-out twin beds, making it ideal for additional guests or children. This room also has a private bathroom and a balcony, allowing everyone to have their own space.

Edgewater Resort is a haven for golf lovers, boasting an executive par-3 golf course right on-site. Take the complimentary tram service to the private half-mile beach or enjoy the fitness center and spa. Dining is a treat with Ocean’s Bar & Grill offering gulf-front meals, seasonal live music, and a tiki bar, plus Starbucks on-site.

Ocean kayaks and boogie boards are also available for rental on the grounds.

A starter set of amenities is provided: The kitchen includes paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen wipes, trash liners, and laundry pods. Each bathroom has toilet paper, facial and bath soaps, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels include one body towel and washcloth per guest, plus two hand towels per bathroom.
