The fully equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare meals after a day at the beach. Also on the second floor is the laundry room with a full-size side-by-side washer and dryer. Beautiful tile floors complement the tasteful décor, and the living room includes a comfortable sofa sleeper for additional guests. Step out onto the second-floor balcony overlooking the community pool with a Gulf view, a great spot to enjoy the coastal breeze. The garage provides convenient space for storing bikes and beach gear.
An open stairway leads to the third-floor bedroom area. The primary bedroom (king bed) and guest bedroom (queen bed and extra-long twin) are both spacious with generous closet space and storage. The primary bathroom features double vanities and a large walk-in shower, while the guest bathroom includes a tub and shower combination—perfect for families traveling with children. Another highlight is the third-floor balcony offering views of the Gulf, creating a peaceful place to start or end the day. Flat-screen TVs are available in the living room and both bedrooms.
Emerald Hill 36 sits in the center of Seagrove Beach, directly across from Seagrove Plaza and within easy reach of local restaurants, cafés, and shops. Popular spots like Seaside are just 1.5 miles to the west, while Rosemary Beach is a short drive to the east. A Publix grocery store is located approximately two miles away, and a Tom Thumb convenience store is within walking distance.
The Emerald Hill community offers several amenities for guests to enjoy, including a large sunny pool, private gated beach access directly on the property, and easy access to the 19-mile paved bike and walking path that runs along Scenic Highway 30A. This path connects many of the area’s charming beach communities and makes it easy to explore the coast by bike.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
