As you walk up to the 2nd floor, you'll discover a large open floor plan designed for socializing and relaxation. The well-appointed kitchen features a generous island with seating for 4, leading to a dining table with seating for 8. The living area, bathed in natural light from numerous windows, offers plenty of cozy couches for gatherings. Step out onto the deck with chairs, extending your living space to the outdoors.

All 5 bedrooms are generously sized, catering perfectly to large families and groups. The bunk room comes with its own deck, providing a delightful space with plenty of cozy seating, especially loved by the kids. Enjoy the private pool, optionally heated, surrounded by perfect lounge chairs, a convenient grill, and a fire pit with chairs on the deck area.

As an added bonus, this house comes with a golf cart, making exploration of the area even more enjoyable. Additionally, this property has 4 bikes for use. Located just a short 4-minute walk (0.2 miles) from the Walton Dunes beach access, and with a community pool available, Endless Summer offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal charm for an unforgettable beach retreat.

Golf Cart Included:
We are thrilled to include a golf cart with your rental through our partnership with Vacayzen. This gas-powered golf cart is fully street legal and makes getting around hassle-free. You now have one less thing to worry about as you plan out your vacation with Benchmark Management.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
