The open living area is designed for relaxation and connection, featuring a TV and a cozy sofa that pulls out into a queen-sized bed. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, microwave, and full-size fridge, making meal prep simple and enjoyable. Gather for meals at the dining table, which seats eight comfortably. For added convenience, the unit includes a washer and dryer.

Step outside to your private patio with a wooden fence, gas grill, and outdoor dining area for four—perfect for grilling, dining, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal air.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
