Your Space
This 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home sleeps up to 12 guests and includes a main house plus a private carriage house, making it well suited for multi-family stays and group trips. The three-level layout creates a natural flow between shared gathering spaces and quieter areas to recharge after full days out.

Inside, the living area is set up for conversation, movie nights, and downtime after the beach, with a fireplace that’s especially nice during cooler coastal evenings. Both the main house and carriage house kitchens are fully equipped, including a coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and toaster, supporting group cooking and casual meals. The dining area seats eight, positioned next to a breakfast bar with four bar stools, giving everyone a comfortable place to gather for meals and conversation. Two washer and dryer units help keep towels and beachwear in rotation during longer stays.

Outdoor Spaces
Several balconies extend your living space outdoors, offering spots for morning coffee, afternoon breezes, or quiet evenings. Out back, the private gas grill and picnic area make it easy to plan casual outdoor meals after a day at the beach or exploring nearby communities. Garage access and parking for up to three vehicles add everyday convenience.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
