This well-appointed 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhome is ideally positioned just a 7-minute walk to the sugar-white sands and emerald waters at Beach Access #71. Designed for both relaxation and convenience, this home offers an easygoing stay close to the Gulf while still tucked into a quieter area of the beach.

Portside V4 is a great option for guests traveling with pets, with a dog-friendly beach nearby so your furry companions can enjoy the Gulf as well. The resort-style setting includes three pools (one heated seasonally), a hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball, a fitness center, and a clubhouse. A tennis court sits just outside the townhome, and one of the pools is only a few steps away.

Inside, the townhome features a bright, open-concept layout with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for four, and three additional bar-height seats at the breakfast counter. The living area includes a large flat-screen TV and comfortable seating for winding down after a beach day. Upstairs, two well-sized bedrooms accommodate up to six guests, complemented by 2 full bathrooms, a half bath on the main level, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The location puts you just 3 miles from Pier Park, offering easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment, seasonal events, and the popular fishing pier. Public transportation along Bay Way makes getting around simple, with $0.75 rides to and from Pier Park.
