Your Space & Access
You have full access to the entire home, including all three floors, the back patio, and multiple balconies. The garage provides easy access to the included six-seater golf cart with LED lights and air hockey table, perfect for family fun and neighborhood adventures. Free on-site parking for three cars is available, along with secure storage for bikes and beach gear.

Living & Dining
The open living areas feature modern coastal décor and high-end furnishings. You can relax on comfortable seating while streaming your favorite shows on Smart TVs. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, and a kitchen island with two high chairs, perfect for meals or casual gatherings. The dining area seats eight. A half bathroom and full-size washer and dryer, plus beach towels, are conveniently located on the main floor.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
