Perfection! Location is great! Private beach! View is amazing! Unit is easily accessible, directly across from elevator and trash chute. Bonus, Washer and Dryer were now in the unit! Not a single complaint or improvement needed. Thanks!

Sand Cliffs Recently Renovated

This is probably one of the best rentals at this location with 2 bedrooms. It is decorated beautifully and has an excellent view. The only complaint is the guest bedroom master bed needs a new mattress. There is a topper on the bed which slopes down to the middle of the bed so you feel like you are rolling down a hill all night long.

The condo was clean and well furnished. It had everything we needed for a week’s stay and we would return again and again.
Our only issue was the dishwasher was broken and needed a part that didn’t come in during our stay- but that was unavoidable. Overall, we loved the condo and property.

I had the absolute best time on my recent vacation. The condo was absolutely perfect. It was quiet and peaceful...not crowded at all. Checking in and out was so easy. When I spoke to management on the phone prior to booking, they were so sweet and helpful. The unit I stayed in had been updated since the online photos were taken, so it was even nicer than I expected. The grounds are beautiful, and the beach access is fantastic. I couldn't have asked for anything more. I'll definitely be returning year after year.

Great location. Beautiful beach. Gorgeous view. The place is in great shape and very clean. They were lacking some kitchen supplies, but we made it work. The 30A area is terrific!

Relaxing

The condo itself was clean and well furnished. The view was great. The only negative about the unit was that the beds are super hard and did make my shoulders sore. It would also be nice to have more than two rolls of really thin toilet paper. I communicated with the property management company via email which was fine, but we didn't get checkout instructions so I just guessed on what to do. There seemed to be a lot of rules, but we didn't have any trouble following them. The condo is located in a large complex that was very quiet and we didn't see a lot of people. We eventually found out that most of the people that are there are actual owners of the condos and most don't rent them out and let them be empty. The owners we did see appeared a bit unhappy/confused that we were there and we felt a little out of place at times. Beach access was very convenient and area was nice. Overall positive and relaxing!
