Sand Marino is a newly updated 5-bedroom, 4-bath home located in the gated Villages of Blue Mountain Beach along Scenic 30A. Your Space
The main living area is located on the first floor and connects seamlessly to the kitchen, allowing guests to cook, socialize, and spend time together without feeling separated. The kitchen includes a peninsula with seating for four, while the adjacent dining area seats six, making meals and group gatherings easy and comfortable. This level works well as the central hub of the home, whether you’re starting the day or settling in after time out along 30A.

Located at the back of the home, the sunroom adds a bright and functional extension of the living space. Furnished with a table and chairs, it’s ideal for shared meals, card games, or quiet mornings with coffee. A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
