These two neighboring pet-friendly penthouse condos combine to offer 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 16 guests in Seagrove Beach along Scenic Highway 30A. Located on the top floor of the gated Seaview Villas community, this two-condo setup is a great fit for extended families, multiple families, and groups traveling together, and your four-legged family members can come along, too.

Follow the community's nature trail for an approximately 4- to 5-minute walk to the exclusive private beach, where you can spend the day along the sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf. Back at Seaview Villas, cool off in the seasonally heated community pool or spread out between two spacious condos, each with its own kitchen, living area, laundry, and large private balcony overlooking the pool.

Seaview Villas B401 – Harp's Hideaway:
B401 features an open living area filled with natural light from large windows overlooking the surrounding greenery. Comfortable seating provides plenty of room to gather, with one sofa converting into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping space. A TV and fireplace complete the living area, while doors open directly onto an oversized private balcony with outdoor furniture overlooking the community pool.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, and a spacious kitchen island with four bar stools. A round dining table provides seating for six, giving your group plenty of room for meals together. A washer and dryer are also available inside the condo.

Seaview Villas B402 – Seagrove Serenity:
B402 offers another spacious open living area with comfortable seating, a TV, and a fireplace. Step directly onto the large private balcony, where outdoor furniture and views overlooking the community pool provide another place to enjoy morning coffee, meals outside, or time together after the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, traditional coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker. The kitchen island seats two, while the nearby dining table provides seating for four. A washer and dryer are also available inside the condo.

With two separate living areas, two fully equipped kitchens, two private balconies, and laundry facilities in each condo, larger groups can spend plenty of time together while still having room to spread out.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
