Great stay! Loved the house and Benchmark was excellent at keeping us informed and answering all our questions. However, I do wish that all the codes for everything were in one place. Had to reach out to management a few times for codes for various things around the house.

Had a Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our week at Sweet home 30A. The house is beautiful and in a great location. It was clean and well-maintained. We loved Prominence and the Hub! We found it easier to drive to a beach access for the day. Grayton Beach State Park was our favorite with easier access for a family member that couldn't walk long distances. The bikes were a great addition. The living room furniture is showing some wear, so may need to be replaced before long, but everything else was pristine. We will return.

The house was super clean upon arrival and everything we hoped for and more. Perfect location to pools and the Hub/Big Chill. The only things that I would change is the bed downstairs (it has reached the end of it's life), and would be awesome if this property had a golf cart, and maybe a bigger grill. The home and it's amenities were perfect! Management was very informative and helpful if we had any questions (had to get a different pool code) but they were very attentive to any and all messages! Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We loved the location of this house- in between the pool and The Hub. The bikes provided with the stay were great for the children to have a little freedom. The Hub is lots of fun! Lots of family entertainment, shopping and food! The beach access is a little tricky but once you figure out the best access for your group, it’s not too bad (you have to get in the car and drive for beach access).

Great Spring Break

The house was clean and very roomy. Everything looked great and we had plenty of space for our guests. Benchmark was extremely responsive to any questions or needs that came up. They made us feel right at home during our entire stay. The neighborhood was perfect as well - within walking distance from the Hub and we also enjoyed riding the bikes that were provided around the neighborhood.

Great family friendly get away!

The home was absolutely beautiful. I loved the little community it was nestled in with entertainment in walking distance. The first floor master suite was perfect for my elderly grandmother. The large kitchen and dining room had everything we needed to have family meals and save money not eating out all the time. The home was beautiful and clean. The beds were comfortable. The game room had entertainment for the kids. The pool was awesome! Our favorite one was across the highway. Very nice place and location I would totally recommend for family gathers of 10 or so people including kids. I always love renting with Benchmark. Their customer service is excellent! Much better than dealing with Air BNB or VRBO. I intend on using them on any trip to 30A

Happy New Year! We had a nice time. The house is great! There are no doors to the two rooms upstairs instead curtains. If you have little kids it’s fine. We have teenagers so it wasn’t ideal. The kitchen is great and has everything you would need. The beach access is a bit of a secret and seems to be a big question. There was a beach guard at the beach access point which is walking distance from the house, we were told only members of the Water Sound beach club can access the beach this way. We never found another path to the beach and the beach guard was nice enough to let us enter. It was not crowded so I assume that was why we were granted beach access. The garage is a great space for kids or teens. The HUB is walking distance from the house which is awesome!!! Overall the house is wonderful if you don’t mind the curtains to the two rooms upstairs and the beach access is unknown. The pool is a quick walk from the house which is also a plus. Enjoy! Water Sound is beautiful! I just wish the beach access was easier!

We found the house to be very clean, well maintained and appreciated a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, silverware, cooking supplies. The garage was filled with bikes, games, beach chairs and toys. In addition to the books and games in the house. The location was ideal!
Unfortunately we had an AC issue causing a leak. It was fixed the following morning so took a while to cool the house down. Was disappointed the water and ice maker was not working. Also disappointed to find two of the four rooms upstairs did not have doors. Curtains were used to close off the rooms.
Loved having the pool in walking distance. Also loved to be so close to the beach. It was only a 6 minute bike ride or a 15 minute walk. There is no poarking so these were two good options.
I would recommend this house but would be clearer about the sleeping areas. Not really ideal for young children since they wouyld hear the noise from down stairs.

Great big family home!

This home was a great fit for our family with 6 teenagers, grandmother, and dogs! Plenty of spacious gathering areas in the kitchen/dining/living rooms. We loved having the master bedroom separated from all the rest of the rooms. Perfect location in the Hub area. The home was in great condition and the garage amenities were a great addition. The management company was quick to fix a toilet and deliver extra sheets for the couch bed. Beach access is the only downside, but we LOVED riding bikes each day down 30A!

House at the Hub

Our vacation had the perfect mix of music, farmers market, poolside, and time with family. We were close to Seaside and enjoyed the upbeat vibe and farmers market, but also enjoyed time at the Hub. The bikes provided were great and we felt very safe allowing our children bike in the neighborhood. The garage was filled with rec items to keep the family busy and allow for a bit of variety. The pool area is not very big, it was completely full when we vacationed in March, so in busy season that might be an issue. We also never found the entrance from the "short walk" to the beach. We walked both ways and never found access. We did go to Seaside at the lighthouse (it was expensive to rent a chair per person and an umbrella - about $280 for the day).

Beautiful home. Loved the kitchen! Had everything we needed! The game room was wonderful to have for the kids BUT if you are staying in summer months, it is very hot as it is not air conditioned. The HUB was a super short walk away and our family enjoyed the movie night and love music! Highly reccomend

The house was very clean. This neighborhood is great for families with small children. Very quiet and safe. Fun activities at the HUB, just steps away. Beach access was a little too far for us, having brought 6 young adults, with us, we were driving cars and golf carts back and forth. The only issue we had with the house, and it’s a big one, was there is a large hornets nest somewhere on the property and you could not use the front or back porches to sit out on. Literally 50-60 hornets swarming the back and front doors all day long. Is was definitely a inconvenience and made a huge impact on our stay.

Our family of 6 ( 2 adults, 4 teens) enjoyed staying here! The house is modern and the location is awesome! We took bikes down to the Deer Lake Trail which is beautiful and takes you to the Gulf. The beach wasn’t crowded at all but we did go off-season. The house is located in The Prominence neighborhood which has a great outdoor space called The Hub. The Hub offers a few shops, several places to eat, some green spaces for play, an a large outdoor screen for watching football games or movies for kids. Across 30-A, is a great pool and small fitness room. Don’t let the pool on the other side of 30-A deter you from staying here. There is a cross-walk button and drivers are pretty good about stopping. Bikes, boogie boards, Popashot, Ping-Pong and air hockey tables all come with the house/garage.

Lovely house

We are a family of 9, ranging from age 13 to 67. Our experience with Benchmark was superb. I called multiple times with questions and I was always helped quickly and professionally. The house was updated and well appointed. We really enjoyed the layout as well. The kitchen is an open concept with a large island and plenty of seating. The downstairs bedroom/bathroom is large and perfect for my aging parents. There is a large laundry area right inside the back door.. perfect drop spot for everyone. We took the upstairs queen bedroom and had our own bath. There was a hall bath that the kids shared. As for the " bunk rooms", I bought two tension rods and 2 curtain panels to give some privacy. I left them for the next guest. They were small rooms but I like that it encouraged them to socialize downstairs instead of staying alone. The house was in a good location relative to the Hub activities....close enough for walking easily, but far enough to not be disturbed by the commotion. If I were to give "suggestions" ( because I would want someone to tell me if I rented out property), the pillows are pretty flat and we could have used more blankets or extra bedding. It is sometimes hard to please everyone on the temperature settings with a large group.
The house is located in the providence community and there are family activities most nights.... Outdoor movies, dance parties, corn hole,etc. There are small boutiques for shopping and plenty of food choices to please everyone.
We rented chairs for Bramble beach and drove our golf carts. There is also a shuttle that picks up at the pool. It is 3.5 miles to the beach, so don't plan on walking.
Overall, the house was perfect for our family and I would recommend it for anyone wanting to stay in Providence community.
If you are looking for a beachfront home specifically for the beach time, this is probably not your best fit.

Our 2 family vacation which included 13 people, 4 adults and 9 children was wonderful. We loved this community with it being central to the beach, Hub, and many other awesome areas. The house was clean and beautifully decorated. Our only wishes were:
1) That there was enough plates, cups for a larger group. 2) That it was advertised that the bunk room, and single bed room were not actual bedrooms. They were both without outlets, closets, and doors. We had planned for the little ones to be in the bunk room and the older daughter to be in the single. With no doors this caused a bit of an issue. I had to go purchase an extension cord to run into the bunk room for night lights and noise makers for them, and the older girl would have really liked a door for privacy. I think pocket doors could be installed to fix this issue. Again the house was beautiful, but we would have chosen something different if we knew those spaces were not actual bedrooms.

Best rental property on 30A!

Sweet Home 30A was a little slice of Heaven. It was the first time that 3 generations from the same family were able to vacation together. We had 2 seniors and 3 teenage boys in our group, with a total of 8. The furnishings were extremely comfortable and the home was clean and spotless. This home truly looked like an ad out of the Southern Living magazine, from its spacious floor plan, beautiful floors, tiled bathrooms, with large glassed in showers, plenty of cabinetry, beautiful decorations and soft tones of colors throughout. The senior’s favorite spot was the beautiful large, double fanned, front porch where they often sat to enjoy the wonderful breeze and ocean fresh air. The beautiful kitchen granite countertop, well stocked cabinets and state of the art appliances, allowed grandma to cook amazing breakfasts for her grandsons to enjoy. The table was large enough to sit all members at one meal. This contributed too many new memories for the boys and for grandma. The house was conveniently located to everyone’s needs and pleasures to include: ice-cream, donuts, local shops, fresh seafood shop, grocery store, restaurants, deli, bookstore, sundries, many beautiful beaches, pool, family fun, and libations if needed. The game room and the 4 bicycles were an extra bonus! The teenagers enjoyed playing ping pong with friends they met in the evening and riding the bicycles for excursions into Seaside and Watercolor to meet friends at the beach. I enjoyed taking a leisurely ride into the nearby nature area or riding down to Seaside for a sweet treat. This vacation was the most relaxing and peaceful vacation I have ever taken. I contribute this to the peaceful and beautiful surroundings that Sweet Home 30A offered and provided to me and my family. A big Kentucky Thank You to the owners for opening their Beach Home to others to enjoy! We will be back!

This home was truly beautiful!! We felt right at home. It was so clean, bright, open and airy. We absolutely LOVED being here. The access to the Hub and pool was ideal. The 4 bikes that were included were an awesome treat! The kids and adults loved riding around the neighborhood and on the bike paths along the highway. The beach access was very close and there were a few to chose from, all were not crowded and were very clean and beautiful. We can't wait to go back! It felt like we were living on a picturesque movie set.

Absolutely Beautiful Memorial Weekend Family Trip

We are a family of 5 from Atlanta, with 3 daughters. Ages ranging from 14 through 18. Very busy family. We were looking for a home that would be relaxing, comfortable, and spacious. We got all that and more. Once you can please my wife you are a winner with my family for Life. We will definitely be returning.
