The open living area is designed for comfort and connection, filled with natural light and coastal views. The kitchen is well equipped for easy, everyday meals and casual dining, featuring a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. Dining seating is available for five at the table, with additional seating for three at the adjacent breakfast bar—ideal for shared meals, morning coffee, or quick bites before heading out. A washer and dryer are also included for added convenience, making longer stays easy and comfortable. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy the Gulf breeze while sipping your morning coffee or relaxing after a day in the sun.

Tidewater Parking Pass & Wristband Fee

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
