Welcome to Villas at Seagrove A202, Sandcastles at Seagrove. This 4-bedroom condo has plenty of room for a large family or for a multi-family getaway. You're just 5 minutes away from having your toes in the sand and it'll be even less time to head down to the complex's seasonally heated pool.
Inside is modern and updated with true open concept living. Cook up a vacation feast while still being a part of the conversations happening at the dining table or living area. The comfy furniture sits in front of a large TV for a great movie night. All 4 bedrooms include TVs as well. Enjoy relaxing on your private balcony while you enjoy your favorite vacation beverage.

Follow the sidewalk towards Grand Isle, then cross 30A and use pedestrian gate on Majestica Circle, the follow to beach access.

Have a blast exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
The condo has so many comforts of home, especially in the kitchen with many tools and kitchen equipment.

The grounds of the complex are nice and quiet and the pool, being heated for March was very nice!
The rental company does well sending information before your trip, however, for this property you need a gate access code, pedestrian access code, along with your unit code to get into the unit. This is a lot of codes to remember during your stay and when we arrived we only had the unit code so had to reach out to management to get additional codes.
