Offering more than 3,000 square feet of living space across multiple levels, this thoughtfully designed home combines comfort, functionality, and privacy. The second floor serves as the main gathering area, featuring an open-concept layout that brings together the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable seating, abundant natural light, and direct access to a spacious Gulf-facing balcony create an inviting setting for spending time together. The kitchen offers generous countertop space, a large breakfast bar with four bar stools, a coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, and refrigerator with an ice maker, providing everything needed to prepare meals throughout your stay. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
