My son and I love spending time together at the beach and we had the perfect time . We had stayed at Beachcrest once before but we were on the 2nd floor the last time and knew we wanted to stay higher the next time we went. Unit 1201 couldn't have been a better choice. It was clean , updated and very comfortable . Great views and convenient.

This condo was amazing. The whole process was very easy. I was very pleased with the fact that after we got checked in I received a message to make sure everything was ok and if we needed anything. This condo is in a great location. We rented bikes and rode to Seaside daily. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Beachcrest Unit 1201 in Seagrove in June of 2025. The unit was as described, very clean. The management was very attentive from the moment we arrived. The location of the property is perfect, there is a convenience store/gas station open 24 hours right across the street. Restaurants in walkable distance. We rented a golf cart which made it fun. Overall it was a great experience! Great for families, I would highly recommend!

Our vacation rental met all our expectations just like the many times we have stayed at Beach Crest. My husband and I normally come twice a year to Seagrove and always stay at Beach Crest. We try to make our reservations early enough to get a condo on the 12th floor. The view from being up high is gorgeous! We stayed in 1201, as we have several times and every time we have all we need and the decor is quite nice.
I want to thank Benchmark Management for the messages sent prior, during, and after our stay for the friendly and informative texts. The office personnel could not have been nicer. We will continue telling our friends to stay at Beach Crest!!

We enjoyed the condo location on 30A, a beautiful view of the Gulf of America. Easy in/out, staff in the office was impressive. Would suggest cleaning staff clean lint traps in the dryer during their cleaning between guests and perhaps cleaning the patio door tracks, which appeared to have never been cleaned. The bathrooms were quite small and tight, but overall the place was fine.

We have been coming to this exact unit for a few years and due to the lack of cleaning that was done prior our arrival and the new prices that are now almost double, we will most likely not be returning.

Was a great weekend and we had a fantastic time. The bed however looked like it was just made up from the last guest and you could tell someone had been sitting on it. We washed the sheets before we slept in the bed. Hair all over the shower walls and on the base boards. Not sure the place had been cleaned real good in a while.

We had a great time staying at Seagrove, the condo was nice and clean inside when we arrived. Had no issues checking in and getting into the condo after a long day of travel. I would highly recommend

This condo building was in a good location and had beautiful beach views. Kitchen was nicely stocked with what we needed. We rode bikes and walked to several places including restaurants and into Seaside to walk around. Would definitely rent again.

Booking with Benchmark was very easy. Everything was organized from start to finish. We loved the Beachcrest condo, especially the beach. There is plenty of beachfront reserved for the condo, so even on memorial day weekend, we didn't have trouble getting a beach spot.

The condo is located in the heart of my favorite part of 30A. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had an amazing view! There is easy access to the pool and beach. And, having an office on site have peace of mind - although we didn’t need any assistance.
