The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an island with seating for four, and both a standard drip and Keurig coffee maker, making breakfast or meal prep easy and enjoyable. Adjacent to the kitchen, a dining area for four provides the perfect spot for shared meals or games.

For added convenience, the cottage also includes a washer and dryer, making it easy to refresh beachwear after a day in the sand. Step outside to the covered back deck overlooking the community pool and hot tub, a great spot for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or casual conversations with friends and family.

For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
