Step into the Main House at Lemon Drop, a light-filled, three-story home designed for comfort and connection. Whether you’re planning a family getaway or a friends’ retreat, this home gives you space to gather, relax, and enjoy life along Scenic 30A with your pets by your side.

Your Space
This home sleeps up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The living area features a fireplace and ample seating for movie nights or quiet evenings after beach days. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, Keurig, blender, and toaster, and the dining area seats eight with a breakfast bar for four more. The home also has its own washer and dryer, making longer stays effortless.

Outdoor Spaces
Enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets from the balconies off the bedrooms. Out back, the private gas grill and picnic area invite casual outdoor meals. Garage access and parking for up to two vehicles make arrival and departure easy.

Enjoy private beach access just an 8-minute walk or shuttle hop on the seasonal tram, making beach days easy and hassle-free. The tram provides convenient service to the soft white sands and clear Gulf waters of Seacrest Beach.

Seacrest Beach
During your stay, you can take advantage of the Seacrest community’s amenities, including one of the largest lagoon pools on 30A, ideal for swimming and lounging. Explore Peddler’s Pavilion with local shops, restaurants, bike rentals, and open-air events, or enjoy the neighborhood trails and bike paths for walking, running, or cycling. Community picnic areas and open green spaces provide additional spots to relax outdoors.

A Benchmark initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
