Located on the third floor with elevator access, this nearly 2,000-square-foot, single-level condo overlooks the community's impressive 12,000-square-foot lagoon pool and offers convenient access to the beach, dining, shopping, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach. Four bikes are also available for guest use, perfect for getting around the surrounding 30A communities.

Spend the morning along the sugar-white sands of the Gulf, cool off at the lagoon pool, or bike to nearby restaurants, shops, and neighboring beach towns. With spacious accommodations, convenient community amenities, and plenty to experience nearby, Chalet Monet is a great home base for families and groups visiting 30A.

Your Space
The open living area provides plenty of room for everyone to gather, with comfortable seating, a TV, a fireplace with shiplap surround and floating mantel, and direct access to the private balcony. The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, a kitchen island with seating for two, stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, double oven/range, and dishwasher. Just beyond the kitchen, the dining area offers seating for eight for meals together at home.

Step outside onto the oversized private balcony, furnished with outdoor seating and plenty of space to relax. Enjoy your morning coffee, take a break after the beach or pool, or settle in for a laid-back evening outdoors while taking in the surrounding community views.

Guests also have access to deeded beach access, 1.3 miles of scenic walking trails, and seasonal tram service connecting the community with the beach, pool, and Peddlers Pavilion. Seasonal La Dolce Vita beach service is available at the beach, making days along the Gulf even more convenient.

An initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
