Seaview Villas B401 – Harp's Hideaway is a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom penthouse condo accommodating up to 10 guests in Seagrove Beach along Scenic Highway 30A. Located within the gated Seaview Villas community, this top-floor condo offers plenty of room for families and groups while keeping you close to the beach, community pool, dining, shopping, and neighboring 30A communities.

Follow the community's nature trail for an approximately 4- to 5-minute walk to the exclusive private beach access, where you can spend the day along the sugar-white sands of the Gulf, or stay closer to home and relax beside the community pool. Back at the condo, an oversized balcony overlooking the pool provides a comfortable spot for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or winding down after a day along 30A.

Your Space
The open living area is filled with natural light from large windows overlooking the surrounding greenery. Comfortable sofas provide plenty of seating, with one converting into a queen-sized bed for additional sleeping space. A TV and fireplace complete the living area, while direct balcony access makes it easy to step outside and enjoy the oversized private balcony with outdoor furniture and views overlooking the community pool.

The fully equipped kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, traditional coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, and refrigerator with ice maker. A kitchen island provides seating for two, while the nearby dining table seats four. A washer and dryer are also available inside the condo for added convenience.

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
