We had a great time. The condo is very clean and decorated very nicely! The master bed is comfortable. The bunk beds are not long enough. My daughter is 5’5” and her feet were hitting the wall. She ended up on the couch pull out bed. That was better. If we had more people we wouldn’t stay here, but just the 2 of us I would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit is beautiful, the bed comfortable and the back porch and living room has a great view and the kitchen has everything we needed. However, it would have been nice to know that this unit was on the third floor with very steep steps. As 65 years olds we were able to climb up and down, but it was kind of difficult after a day on the beach. Also the internet is very weak; it was ok for us but if someone is working during their vacation they will probably need to make other arrangements for internet service. It also would have been nice if we had known the code to get through the gate to get to the beach without having to wait for another guest to come along and tell us.

This condo is a great location, right on the beach and an easy walk to Seaside. It is updated and decorated cute. It could use a deep cleaning - the floors turned our feet black (wear house shoes!) and the couch pillows should probably be replaced. Other than that, it did seem clean. It is very spacious for two people - may be a bit cramped for more. The bunk beds and couch are not super comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on 30a! Even with the slight cleanliness issue, I would stay here again and recommend it.

The hose station, and the pool were cleaned daily. that makes such a difference. The only thing that I could comment on would be that the Pool Furniture does need updating. We will definitely be back.

Overall, it was excellent. The condo was very clean and convenient and the view of the Gulf was great. The only things that slightly bothered me were having that many steps going down and then returning from the beach. And there was not enough flat hard packed sand areas on the beach for walking, running or riding my bike.
Plus, I'm not a very technically savvy person so I didn't know how to work the TV remote in the living room but we weren't in the condo that much so it was ok.

Our condo was clean, beautifully decorated, had a wonderful view, and was just a joy to stay in. The beach was very handy. Everything was top notch. We also enjoyed the green space next to us and seeing and hearing the birds. We stayed for three and a half weeks and never tired of the condo, view, or location!

The vacation rental was clean and very well organized. We loved our stay, especially seeing and hearing the waves from the balcony. We will rent again next year!

The place where we stayed was excellent.
The staff at Garrett was very helpful.
I get the feeling that the association with Benchmark is a step back from the friendly approach that Garrett had.
