Welcome to Seaview I Unit 200 - a Gulf-front retreat offering unmatched relaxation for both the mind and body. Enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf, a wide open living space, updated gourmet kitchen, and beautiful master suite with spa-like bathroom. This property seasonally comes with two umbrellas and four chairs, a $500 value, ensuring you have everything you need for a relaxing day on the sand.
This 2nd floor unit is accessible via stairs or an elevator. From the moment you walk in you'll be amazed by the Gulf views. Take a seat on the large sectional with plenty of room for rest and relaxation. These emerald and turquoise views extend to the dining area which can seat 6 and there is room for 4 at the kitchen island.
Walk out on the balcony and find more seating - relax with your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. You'll wake up to beautiful blue waters from your master suite. There's plenty of room for up to 8 guests with 4 total bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The perfect location for a large family or multiple families to get away.
The updated kitchen is ready for the chef in your group with double ovens and plenty of counterspace and storage. Consider all your entertainment needs covered with a beautiful TV in the living room and TVs in every bedroom. Just what you need to wind down at night or keep yourself busy during any afternoon storms that might pop up.

Spacious, luxury condominiums are in this gated complex with 2 buildings (Seaview I and Seaview II). Each building has 3-levels, elevators, and parking garages. Each expansive unit consists of an entire floor, with a large deck, and Gulf views. Right in front of Seaview I is the large pool, surrounded by palm trees. Less than 2 miles from Seaside, and a “hop, skip and a jump” to the beach, this location is sure to please.
Your stay at Seaview I Unit 200 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. This is our third time using Benchmark & have no complaints.
The pictures do not do justice to these incredible views.The view was our reason for choosing this particular unit.
Seagrove is always our go to place to stay due to its laid back & peaceful surroundings & this condo did not disappoint. Family oriented & gated.
We couldn’t use the garage for parking due to having a large SUV, but it was perfect for storing our bikes and easily used for a car or smaller SUV. There is space for parking outside the unit,just steps away.
The unit had so many beach toys and great chairs,too, although your stay does include four rented beach chairs & two umbrellas,(which we appreciated & used every day).
The unit has an elevator that goes right to your condo door and a short,easy walk/access to the beach right outside your building door.
Composite deck & outdoor dining for four that was super clean,several chairs and some rockers on the deck as well,two free bike rentals that were delivered,a full kitchen with everything you’ll need, comfy sectional sofa & beds.We didn’t want to leave.
The layout was ideal,location couldn’t be beat! Two mile bike ride to Seaside & all the great places surround this serene area.
So many walkable/bikeable places to eat. The Perfect Pig is right across the street & highly recommended.
Old Florida Fish House & Beachy Bean are only 1.5 miles(a must!)
10/10 recommend Benchmark & this condo.

We have stayed in this rental twice and love the decor, layout, location, use of the garage & proximity to the beach. Also really appreciate that the rental comes with beach chairs. The unit was clean on the surface, but it really needs a deep cleaning, some minor repairs and decluttering in the kitchen. But we would stay here again.

We have rented several beachfront places along 30A and this place blew us away. The way the windows are so big and across the entire front of the condo makes you feel like you’re on the beach from the moment you enter. This view is by far the best we have seen. The condo smelled fresh (no musty scent) and was comfortable. We also enjoyed the chair service on the beach, the chairs with umbrellas were included for free (which saved us money because we didn’t need to buy them as we usually do), the chair attendant was very helpful and eager to please. I particularly enjoyed some long baths in the extra deep soaker tub in the master bathroom. The decor was beautiful, and the place felt new and clean. We have found our perfect place and can’t wait to come back again!

This property is perfectly located in Seagrove area. Close to everything on 30A. It was spacious for our group of 7 and had everything we needed.
Our communication with Benchmark was not as consistent as it has been in recent years. Our check in email was a door code only - but this property is gated. We called for gate code - we called for Wi-Fi and password info and also had to call regarding beach chairs and umbrellas that were supposed to be included in the property rental. We have always had good service from Benchmark in the past, but this particular time was very different. I prefer all information up front so that I am not calling the rental group with a million questions that could have been in the initial check-in email.

First off I want to commend the entire Benchmark staff for an outstanding job. They were the best property managers we have ever dealt with. From the booking process to the checkout they were wonderful. Any questions we had they immediately answered and were very helpful! We highly recommend renting any property that Benchmark manages. Seaview 1, unit 200: This unit without a doubt has the best views of the gulf on the entire coast. The balcony is huge and completely private. You have no one to your left or right and have unobstructed views of the sunrise AND sunset. You would almost never want to leave the unit except for the fact that it is centrally located to everything. Seagrove Beach has everything you need. Restaurants and shopping all a stone throw away. Seagrove is also only one mile (lovely bike ride) from Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton beach to the west and a couple of miles away from Seacrest, Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east. If you wish to stay in and cook there is a Publix less than 5 minutes away. The kitchen has everything you need to cook any meal you would like and the 65 inch tv has all the apps to stream your favorite movies or sports. You will not be disappointed renting this unit. It has everything one needs for the perfect vacation.

My mom, my sister, and I stayed for several days and this perfect condo! The driveway is gated which made it feel safe. The condo was spacious, clean, and had every kitchen implement that you could possibly need for cooking. The balcony overlooking the beach is huge and perfect for watching sunset! There is no tall building on either side so it gives you perfect views of the beach and ocean. Benchmark emailed me a few times to check on our stay but we needed nothing and had zero issues. Great customer service from them. We will be staying here again next year!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seaview I! The location was perfect for walking distance to restaurants, great beach access, and centrally located to all the 30A activities! Plenty of room for our family to spread out yet still come together in the family room/kitchen and enjoy the amazing views along the balcony. We love that the unit was one of three condos in one building, we never felt over crowded. We would definitely consider coming back to Seaview I !

Rental is as pictured and has the described accommodations. Owners also generous with chairs and other extras. Spent 2 weeks at the property after another trip got cancelled due to pandemic. Very quiet time of year, pleasant weather, great place to relax. Communication with management very seamless

This condo was perfect for us. Roomy open kitchen/living room and lots of nice amenities. The porch was perfect for enjoying breakfast overlooking the beach each morning. Easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay at this condo again!

Great condo in a great location. Had an issue with the shower, but someone fixed in early the next day.

We love the location of this condo and have rented it many times over the years. The owner has recently made some nice upgrades such a new flooring in the bedrooms and new living room furniture. It has also been freshly repainted. We are very comfortable there and love the location!

The only thing we weren’t prepared for was absolutely no cooking supplies. We have never stayed in a condo that didn’t at least have salt and pepper! We purchased all condiments and left behind so hopefully the next people could use them.
Every other aspect was great! Beach chairs, umbrella nice addition. We also rented a golf cart that was so much fun!
