Welcome to Seasational - your new favorite Gulf-front retreat in Panama City Beach. With room for 16 and a private pool overlooking the Gulf, we can't think of a better spot for your next beach vacation.
On the 1st floor, the main entry into the house also features a convenient full-size refrigerator and a half bathroom for your beach or pool day. Out on the back deck, you can enjoy stunning sunsets and clear views of the surf, thanks to the glass fencing surrounding the pool. This private pool is a great space to splash around, second only, of course, to the Gulf it overlooks.
On the 2nd floor, you'll be in awe of the amazing views from every spot on this main living area. Dine with Gulf views indoors or out. This generously sized main living area features a large open concept space featuring a true chef's kitchen with plenty of counterspace. The kitchen island has room for 8 and the dining table has seats for 10. If you can take your eyes off the stunning views, you'll enjoy the 65" TV for a movie night. This floor also features a 2nd half bathroom as well as 2 bedrooms.
On the 3rd floor, you'll find another lounge area with TV. 2 more bedrooms and 2 bedroom suites complete this floor. A wonderful quiet spot to relax at the end of a day in the sun. Both of the king suites include balcony access and Gulf views.

Golf Cart Included:
We are thrilled to include a golf cart with your rental through our partnership with Vacayzen. This gas-powered golf cart is fully street-legal and makes getting around hassle-free. You now have one less thing to worry about as you plan out your vacation with Benchmark Management.
Panama City Beach:
You’re close to Pier Park, offering endless shopping, dining, and entertainment, plus beautiful state and community parks just minutes away. Pick up groceries and beverages at Publix or Winn-Dixie, and enjoy easy access to the 30A area for a fraction of the cost of staying in Rosemary, WaterColor, or Seaside. You’ll also have nearby access to the Pier for fantastic pier fishing with rental rods and bait available. Challenge friends at Topgolf or be dazzled by the swashbuckling fun at the Pirate’s Dinner Show. With so much to see and do, every moment here is full of possibilities.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
As a warning there are no beach towels or chairs/umbrellas provided so be sure to bring your own. Also the pool was smaller than it looked in the pictures and was not heated. In fairness I don't remember the description saying it was heated so I might have just assumed that but wanted to point it out. Also, like any rental, there is a bit of wear like cushions on deck had holes in them, toilet in one of the bathrooms upstairs would run unless the handle was jiggled just so, deck needs to be repainted--all minor and didn't affect our stay.
Another note is that this rental did not have salt/pepper or any spices or aluminum foil or plastic wrap/baggies like some rentals provide so make sure to bring your own.
Management company was good to work with except for one minor complaint. We were arriving early and I asked if we could check in early or leave our luggage at the house until check in time so we did not have to drag it around all afternoon as we did not have a car initially. I was told no early check in and we could not leave our luggage. They told us they would contact me if it was ready earlier than 4pm. We wasted time by having lunch across the street and saw that no one was at the house (cleaning crew or guests etc) after 2pm. We were never alerted so that was unfortunate.
Otherwise the stay was great and would consider renting again if in the area.
