LOVED the location of the unit in proximity to the beach access! Clean upon arrival. Guest bedroom ceiling fan didn't work. Called the number in my email, and they stated they were aware and the fan had been ordered but not arrived yet. They had a box fan delivered. Excellent customer service! I realize they were at the mercy of the company sending the replacement. We will try to stay here again next summer!

Not very clean

Upon arrival, the first thing we saw was a very stained couch. I took my shoes off and within the first 5 minutes, my feet were filthy. The floors and couch were not clean. Other than that, it was alright. Good location to 30A. You have to walk or ride the trolley a long ways to have beach access (the beach directly across from the villas is privately owned & you aren’t allowed to sit down there.) There were no oven mitts. One dish towel. We still had a good stay. Probably would rather stay somewhere cleaner with closer beach access though.

We enjoyed our time in the condo. The close proximity to the beach was a plus, along with the small pool near building 11. It was disappointing that we couldn't set up on the beach near the condo without paying for chairs.
Our condo's kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils. We do suggest the owners replace the master bed frame and one of the twin bed frames. Both mattresses sagged in the middle. The sheets on the master bed did not fit and kept coming off. It would have also been nice to have clothes hangers.

We had a great stay. The views are amazing and the condo was very nice. Perfect for a family of 5. Great location off 30A in the middle of all the shops and food stops. Management company provided great communication. The only thing that was frustrating was not being able to use the beach directly in front of the condo. Everything is private and you have to walk down atleast a quarter mile to set up on the beach or use the trolley in the back of the parking lot to get there.

Booked through BenchMark. They were easy to work with. Had a good stay there. The only thing I would say is the queen bed needs a mattress topper or new mattress.
