We had a great time. Good weather and beach conditions. Blue 9 was good overall. A few comments.
Need new frying pans and some sharp knives. The faucets are actually loose in some of the bathrooms.

Great location, best views!

Our family loved this location! Clean property with all furnishings we needed - except patio chairs and towels. Two of the 4 chairs were rusted & broken. We notified management but as with calls to request enough towels for each guest, we had to leave a message that wasn’t timely returned. Wish the office had been fully staffed. Beach was beautiful, though, property was quiet, and we look forward to our next trip!

Love 30A and this Property is Perfect!

On the beach, not crowded, and rental updated and equipped with all amenities! A plus for us were fewer staits to climb to the beach with children, chairs, coolers, etc. Stayed here the last 2 years after visiting 10 and hopefully again next year!
