Spectacular View - Clean and Comfortable

Working with Benchmark Management was a good experience. Communication via email and text was encouraged with timely response. The unit was clean and available prior to the promised time. Recently updated, comfortable furniture and all necessary accessories for the kitchen were available. The electric Weber Grill worked better than expected! No issues with A/C, Plumbing, or other mechanical items. We loved the ease of access to the Beach (no gates, no codes, no obstructed views)! All common areas were well maintained. Only areas of concern: 2 of the deck chairs were unusable; sliding glass doors were difficult to operate (an $8 can of WD40 made a HUGE difference). We would certainly stay at this location again.

Perfect location

You are booking for location. The private beach seals the deal. As far as the unit, it’s dingy, the mattress are uncomfortably, the bedding is awful, the couches are disgusting, there’s no rugs so sand tracks in everywhere, the kitchen utensils are crammed into drawers with our rhyme or reason and the dryer barely has heat. There’s a much cleaner nicer unit in the complex (#9) I’ll book that one next time.

Great place on the beach

Nice townhouse with a great beach view and near plenty of shops and restaurants. We had a great week! My suggestions would be to add a ceiling fan to the 1st floor balcony, and to make the circuit breaker box more noticeable ( we used 2 plug -in appliances plus the microwave at the same time and had to search for quite a while as that proved too much!)

Arnet Reunion

My family gathered for a small reunion and had a wonderful time. None of us had been to 30A for a stay and we found plenty of things to do in the near areas from pontoon boating in Destin to Crab Island to playing putt putt and going to Alys Beach for coffee and shopping. The water and sunsets were amazing.
Our house was full of amenities and just right for our family. There were many things we didn’t get to do so a trip back is certainly on our list of things to do!
