We take our large family on 4th week every year and this one was among the best. From the super clean bedding, rooms, and beachfront views from our living room and master bedroom. The beach is private as well so made for easy grab of beachfront with umbrellas and chairs. Simply one of the best!

The view from this condo is spectacular. The access to the beach - just walking out the sliding glass doors and down to the beach - is superb. The condo was reasonably clean and well equipped. The pool was well maintained. I did have to reboot the Internet modem and the WiFi router to clear up WiFi issues. Benchmark management was responsive in suggesting I do so. All in all, we had a great time here.

We really enjoyed our week away staying at Dune Villas. We enjoyed the smaller complex and were able to make friends with everyone staying during the same time, which made for a memorable experience! The access to the beach can’t be beat! The complex was very clean and being right off the pool was super convenient with a toddler in tow. We all had a wonderful time and can’t wait to return and use benchmark and dune villas again. The condo we stayed in was very nice, but our only complaint was the bed was hard. We both decided we would try a different unit next time for this reason!

We lived the condo, the condominium, private beach where chair rentals are available (NOT required), and the location on 30A! We appreciated the fact that the refrigerator had an icemaker and there was a vacuum and broom in the unit (toddler life)! Only recommendations would be to put non-slip grips in the shower, my husband and I both almost fell (on separate occasions). This is definitely going to be THE place we stay!
