The location of this property was great. The unit has everything you need. The only item I would recommend is better cleaning services. The management company was awesome. they can quickly and were extremely easy to work with.

My wife and I decided to take a last minute long weekend and this property did not disappoint! It was just what we needed. Location and getting to and from the beach could not be beat. We only have a couple of suggestions. Upgrades in bedding (mattress / pillows) and basic kitchen / cooking supplies (esp a new coffee pot!) and this place would be our go to every time. 4.5 ⭐️

Great stay, cozy, but no oven access

We love coming to Emerald Hill and experiencing all the different units! This was the perfect size for a little mother/daughter beach trip. The only downfall of this unit is that you absolutely cannot use the actual oven. We like to cook once or twice while we are down and then go out the rest. I would highly suggest in an investment of something such as a toaster oven to allow guests the opportunity of cooking/baking in an oven. Yes the oven door does open however it does not open far enough to avoid being burned or spilling your food trying to get it in the oven b/c you have to tilt a pan so much to try to get it in.
Other than the oven we were very pleased with our stay and would highly recommend. With my daughter being 5, being right outside the gate to the pool was a bonus for her!

Our family had a great stay at Emerald Hill 22. The location and amenities were great! Loved having the pool right outside and the access to the beach was really close and convenient. Place was clean and nice. Will be looking to book here again in the near future.
