Perfect!!

This condo was perfect for my family of 5! It was clean, updated, has a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony and located in the center of Gulf Place. The beach is located 1 block from the condo. There is a beach chair and umbrella rental service on the beach if you don't feel like bringing your own chairs and umbrella. It does not come with a storage closet for beach toys as stated in the listing but that was not a problem for us. Benchmark Management responded promptly when I reached out with any questions. We hope to return soon!!

Great Location for a Beach Vacation

The unit was amazing. It was everything we needed and more. The location was amazing. Only issue was management. A few issues that mostly got resolved.

Great location and spot ! Close to shunk gulley and other dining options, no car needed. Condo is nicely decorated and clean. Would definitely stay here again. The lock directions need to be modified.

Small but cute; great location!

Size of the condo was smaller but worked well for our little family of four with our two small children. I would not recommend for more than 4 people. Communication from Benchmark Mgmt was good but when I needed to reach out to them with question and help, I didn’t get a response for over 24 hours until I called them again. It was spring break so I’m sure they were busy.
