Great Location

Everything was great with this condo. Had plenty of items and very well organized, Benchmark provided certain things that everyone needs when they travel. We booked this condo due to its location as we were taking in 30A...this place was right in the middle and close to the beach. In fact we even counted the steps from door to chair/umbrella and determined we were less than 250 steps. Would recommend this condo to everyone and we hope to return in the next year. I also loved the fact that Benchmark checked in with us to make sure we were OK and if we needed anything. This started with a 30 minute early check-in and continued until we checked out.

Easy access, great location. This unit needs some serious updating. But the beach view was great even in the rain!

Very nice unit

We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit is beautiful, the bed comfortable and the back porch and living room has a great view and the kitchen has everything we needed. However, it would have been nice to know that this unit was on the third floor with very steep steps. As 65 years olds we were able to climb up and down, but it was kind of difficult after a day on the beach. Also the internet is very weak; it was ok for us but if someone is working during their vacation they will probably need to make other arrangements for internet service. It also would have been nice if we had known the code to get through the gate to get to the beach without having to wait for another guest to come along and tell us.

Beautiful condo! Has everything you could need! Love the decor and views/proximity to beach. Easy to run up for some lunch/fill the cooler. Also enjoyed the beach chair service and its convenience plus the 2 chairs in the condo which were convenient for after beach chair services picks up to sit and watch the sunset! Just a heads up to maintenance..the master bathroom toilet was a little wobbly so just wanted to alert before it could become a bigger issue! We also loved the accessibility to the Benchmark Team if we needed anything! They were very prompt in getting us the beach access code when we couldn’t find it! We will definitely be back!
