We had a great week in Seagrove! This unit is in a great location. It needs lots of updates. We have stayed at The Palms many times but this is the most outdated unit we have ever stayed in. There isn't much in the kitchen if you are planning on cooking. This place could be amazing with some updating. However, it was clean and steps from the beach.

2 friends' getaway. Awesome: Benchmark Realty, location, cleanliness, air conditioner, washer and dryer. Rugs in tv area and bathrooms a bit dingy. Lighting in kitchen ok (older fixture) Bathrooms nice. I would stay again and recommend to friends and family with the small issues above. My friend really liked it.

We truly enjoyed our experience in this rental! Everything went well, except for a few hours of power outage after we checked in. After that we had everything we needed and a beautiful view on top of it all! Would love to go back!
