Our recent stay at Pinewood was Amazing. Such a peaceful place nestled in the pines. The accommodations were perfect. The pool is one of the prettiest on 30A. Also enjoyed the state of art Fitness center. We will definitely be back!!

Regarding the ants in the kitchen, we had scheduled pest control services prior to your arrival, but unfortunately, they were unable to treat this unit until after your departure. We regret any discomfort this may have caused. The beach shuttle is currently undergoing repairs and is expected to be back in operation within the week. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. Lastly, we will ensure that the door hinges are treated to prevent further noise issues. We hope your party still fully enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub area, as well as the peaceful, quiet community that Pinewood provides. Thank you for the most magical stay! The condo is gorgeous and has everything we could need. We love sitting out by the pool and hot tub too. How lucky were we to have the most blue water! So beautiful! Love the public access we found just a short drive down 30A. Heavenly! Our favorites from this trip—Shunk Gulley, Stinky’s, Red Fish Tacos, Pizza by the Sea, glass fusing at Glass Deer, snorkeling/dolphin watching in Destin (with a must stop dinner at McGuire’s!) mini golf, leisurely drive on 30A to Rosemary Beach for coffee, and of course spending time with family!

New Construction, Quiet and Beautiful Setting

I would say that this condo was beautiful on the outside of the building and the inside of the building. They did a very good job of making it have a bit privacy also. It is not an ocean view, but it is still pretty. The inside is very modern and was also clean. I would say that if I had to tell them about anything in this condo, I would tell others that the master bedroom mattress is bad. It was quite uncomfortable. Also for the amount you are spending to stay there so far away from the beach, I would have thought that they would put at least a hand soap in both bathrooms, and would stock a hair dryer. Overall, my family liked the pool and condo and would return (.... if the mattress was better).

Regarding the bathroom amenities, we do provide a starter kit of soaps and lotion for each bathroom. Additionally, for your convenience, there is a daily beach shuttle running until just before 5 PM, as we understand the trek to the beach can be a bit far.
