2024 Vacation

This Condo was the perfect location for 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. It was very clean and up to date with all the extras. I would add that the master bed needs a new bedding, the other bedding was great. The elevator was a big plus as it is steps from the condo door. Was great to have for loading luggage and groceries. Our only complaint was the garage code, it never worked during the week, we called daily about having someone come to fix it. We had to go thru a common door between the units to go around to open it. The problem was we were locked out of that door a few times and couldn't get to our vehicle. But overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Great Location & Good for families!

This is our second stay at this condo! We love it and appreciate the new update in the 3rd bedroom! The king mattress in thr bunk room could be updated, but overall everything was great!

Great vacation

Overall, our vacation, unit and location were perfect. The only issues we had were with communication. When we arrived, we didn’t have a gate code or garage code and had to call the office. Neither code that they gave us was correct, so we had to call again. Also, the unit was supposed to come with beach service, including when umbrella and two chairs. When we went down to the beach the first morning, the chair company didn’t have us on the list.

This rental was very clean when we checked in. There was a problem with one bed. I notified agent a repair man cape quickly and made repairs.
The outdoor furniture was great. Quick access to pool and beach. I rented this condo for my family My condo did not have the same cleaners and had broken deck chairs.

Mixed Review of Seaview II #100

The location(close to beach, pool, trail, restaurants), unit size & layout worked great for us. Benchmark was quick to fix a toilet issue. However, the elevator listed prominently in features and write up did not work properly for the entire two weeks we were at unit. When we and fellow renters contacted Benchmark, they deferred to HOA. As such, consider unit as a walk-up, don't rely on elevator. We did notice some noise issues, but is in densely populated area of 30A. All in all a nice "walk-up" unit in a good location.
