Great 3Br Condo

My wife and I brought our 2 and 4 year old's and have a great stay at this condo. Everything was very clean and in great shape, we thought there was plenty of room for them to play in the condo, but chose this property for beach proximity and onsite pool. There are significant stairs (3-4 floors) down to the beach, but that was not an issue for us. After the beach we spent lots of time in the pool that had shallow and deep ends.

Location - it's a 1 mile walk down to Aly's Beach and less than 2 down to Rosemary. We took advantage of the property's convenient location both east and west on 30A, nothing is more than a 15 min drive.

We noticed the property didn't have oven mitts and Benchmark quickly remedied the problem through easy texting.

We were very happy and would love to stay here again!

Location was great. Easy access. Condo was not as up to date as I would have liked for the price but overall it was a good property.

Nice unit, lots of kitchenware, beautiful view. Those steps are a bit much! Only complaint were no tv remote in master, had to run through tv channels to reset in living room. Maybe a tv help guide would be nice. Gnats are an issue. Probably coming from sink drains.
